  • Preview function: Allows real-time previews, enabling users to see the visual effects of their presentations during the creation process for maximum efficiency.

2. User Responsibilities

By using EasySlides, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Upload Illegal Content: Upload, post, or transmit any illegal, malicious, false, or infringing content.
  • Interfere with the System: Obstruct or interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Site.
  • Use Automated Tools: Do not use any robots, crawlers, or other automated tools to access or solicit content from the Site.
  • Infringe on the Rights of Others: Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Transmit Harmful Code: Send or store any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Service Content Protection: EasySlides and all of its content (including text, graphics, images, software, and code) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.   • User-Generated Content Ownership: All content created or uploaded by you in connection with your use of the Site remains your property. You grant EasySlides a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing our Services.

4. Payment Terms

Fees

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Service. EasySlides reserves the right to change its fees and billing methods at any time upon notice to you.

Billing

Payments for the Service may be processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize EasySlides and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Refunds

According to our terms of service, refunds are not available once you have used our services.

If you have not used the service, refunds are subject to the following policies:

EU or Turkey Customers

If you reside in the EU or Turkey, you are eligible to cancel your subscription and receive a refund within 14 days of initial purchase, applicable to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Please specify in your refund request that you are applying for a refund under EU or Turkey regulations. If there are any irregularities with your account, customer service may require you to provide relevant proof when processing the refund request.

All Other Customers

Monthly Subscriptions: You can apply for a monthly refund within 24 hours after the initial purchase charge. Please state the reason for your refund request in your application.

Annual Subscriptions: You can apply for a refund within 72 hours after the initial purchase charge. Please state the reason for your refund request in your application. No refunds will be granted for requests made after this period.

Although we strictly adhere to our policies, we may not be able to fulfill your refund request if there are irregularities with your account. We strive to make our refund policy as fair as possible.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it and get back to you within 7-10 business days. However, please note that if you have previously received a refund for our services, we reserve the right to deny subsequent refund requests. This policy is designed to prevent abuse of our refund system and ensure fair use of our services.

5. Service Interruption and Termination

  • Service Interruptions: EasySlides may interrupt the Service periodically for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. While we will strive to notify users in advance, we are not liable for any resulting interruptions.
  • Termination of Account: EasySlides reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimer

All services and content provided by EasySlides are offered "as is," without any warranty of any kind regarding their accuracy, completeness, or availability. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
